At the Georgian-American School, elementary-level psychologist Ani Asatiani successfully organized Anti-Bullying Week, aimed at raising awareness and preventing bullying.
As part of the project, thematic discussions and activities were held with 4th and 5th-grade students. During these sessions, the psychologist introduced:
What bullying is and its main forms.
How to protect oneself from bullying and where to seek help.
The importance of proper responses to bullying.
The students actively participated in the discussions, sharing their thoughts and ideas.
These meetings fostered a culture of respect, empathy, and support among the students.
Initiatives like this emphasize the school’s dedication to ensuring the psychological well-being of its students.
