Workshop: "Gratitude – A Journey Shared by Parents and Students"
As part of the Parental Involvement in School Life project, students and parents from class IX(1) took part in a heartfelt workshop on gratitude, led by homeroom teacher Irma Titirashvili and school psychologist Nino Pirtskhalashvili.
The goal of the workshop was to help participants recognize gratitude as a powerful personal resource and to encourage them to express appreciation for their parents, children, family, and friends. Sharing positive emotions like gratitude can have a meaningful impact on overall well-being and quality of life.
Using metaphorical associative cards, participants reflected on and shared personal experiences that make them feel truly grateful.
✨ Gratitude is the first step toward positive change! ✨
