Self-esteem plays a crucial role in a teenager’s growth. It shapes how we see ourselves—physically, personally, and intellectually—as well as our values and behaviors.
During adolescence, developing healthy self-esteem is essential, as it influences mental well-being, relationships, academic success, career choices, and overall happiness.
In this interactive workshop, students participated in fun activities to explore the importance of self-esteem and reflect on their real vs. ideal self.
They identified key qualities to develop in order to move closer to their ideal version of themselves. The session was led by school psychologist Nino Pirtskhalashvili, with support from homeroom teacher Shorena Kvantaliani.
At the Georgian-American School, we regularly organize engaging and meaningful workshops designed to support students' personal growth and interests.
